What are freezer meals?
Freezer meals are, simply put, meals that you do the grunt work of assembling ahead of time, typically to be cooked (or at least reheated) at a later date.
They can be as complete as a fully cooked lasagna, wrapped up for freezer storage, or as partially-done as all raw ingredients for a recipe in one container, to dump into your slow cooker on your way to work another day.
